Free breakfast was good with a variety of options and the staff was friendly. The hotel was located near the subway and a lot of good restaurants.
The room was incredibly small and the bathroom felt like a closet. The noise from the street was overwhelming and the walls were paper thin so we could hear everything going on around us.

The hotel has a good location and is close to two metro stations, making it easy to get around the city. There are plenty of food options nearby, including convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants. The rooms are small but clean with good water pressure in the showers.
The staff's language skills could be improved, and they could have been more proactive about providing information on tourist attractions and things to do in the area.

The hotel had a great location, being near two MRT stations on different lines. It was also situated in the city center, making it convenient for exploring Taipei. The rooms were small but efficient, and the bathrooms were clean with good water pressure in the showers. The staff was friendly and helpful, and most could speak English. They provided basic amenities like toothbrushes and razors. Additionally, there were Starbucks and other cafeterias nearby for a relaxing coffee break.
The decor and fittings in the hotel were a bit outdated, which could be a drawback for some guests.
